Since its beginning in 1994, Globe has continually and steadily developed in both practice and exhibition programming. Today, operating from two sites, Globe’s unwavering ethos of building quality working relationships has generated the enthusiastic support of many working in the arts, both nationally and internationally.
A strong and healthy mix of exhibitions, residencies, commissions and educational work has contributed, not only to building a diverse audience, but also to opening dialogues with the regional communities to which Globe belongs.
Looking to the future, Globe intends to continue on its trajectory of growing innovative and participatory projects, exhibitions and educational initiatives.
