Yvette Hawkins Workshop

In preparation for our upcoming exhibition, Yvette Hawkins held a workshop for us in the gallery. Yvette is a book artist whose practice involves intricate paper folding. She has been involved with the Globe for many years and was our previous supported artist.

This part of the exhibition will involve 43 sculptures made from maps, so we've got a few extra hands to help get the piece ready for the opening.

Investors in Globe fundraising event a massive success!

Thanks to everyone who came along to our opening event on Friday 15th April.  More than 450 visitors came along with many investing time, skills, equipment and money to become Investors in Globe.

Story Telling opening night: 10th February 2011

Thanks to everyone who came to our opening night.  It was great to see so many participants amongst the crowd!

Thanks to all the participants, the finished installation looks amazing.  We're streaming light and sound into Saville Street and Howard Street until 10pm every night until 27th February.
